Objetivo del curso:

Raising awareness of sexual and gender-based harassment in the field labor is one of the obligations that companies must protect the people who work there. It is necessary that companies have an established harassment prevention protocol so that all working people know how it works. This course aims to raise awareness among all workers about harassment in the workplace, that they know the ways to detect it in time and differentiate what is and is not harassment. In addition, measures are proposed to the eradication of situations that may constitute sexual harassment, as well as such as coping strategies and actions in case of harassment sexual.
